Take “me time” when you need it.
We have programs to help you take time off to care for what really matters in your life – whether that means a visit to the doctor, taking care of a family member, or just some “me time.”
Which time off policy do you want to learn about?
Types of Time Off
US PTO/Sick Time
Full-time employees can take time off whenever they need it (a tip: try to keep it to 3-4 weeks annually). Just make sure to get your manager’s OK before you take off.
Note: hourly employees accrue nine days of Sick Time a year up to a maximum of 72 hours.
We celebrate 12 holidays each year by closing business. For 2018, that means these holidays:
|New Year's Day (observed)||Monday||1-Jan|
|Company Designated Day||Thursday||5-Jul|
|Day After Thanksgiving||Friday||23-Nov|
|New Year's Eve (observed)||Monday||31-Dec|

Birth Moms will be eligible for medical leave of absence.

Other Types of Leave
We practice our civic duty by respecting time off taken for these activities.
- Jury duty: If you are selected to report for Jury Duty, will still be eligible for your ServiceNow pay.
- Military leave: If you are called to service you will be eligible for a leave of absence.
